Disability Employment Services (DES) are experienced providers of large, medium and small for-profit and not-for-profit organisations that support people with disability.
They also assist employers to incorporate practices that create inclusive and accessible workplaces.
DES providers have two services:
Disability Management Service
This is for job seekers with disability, injury or health conditions who need assistance to find a job and occasional support in the workplace to help keep their job.
Employment Support Service
Assists job seekers with permanent disability to find work and provides regular, ongoing support in the workplace to help keep their job.

JobAccess
JobAccess is the national hub for workplace and employment information for people with disability, employers and service providers. Designed by the Australian Government, it provides a centralised resource that can ‘drive disability employment’. Find out more about JobAccess.
