What can I use the chat for?
Please use live chat if you:

  • need support navigating DeafNav, or understanding information
  • want to provide feedback
  • need help or instructions about using DeafNav’s features
  • want information about the NDIS in the state where you live.

Please DO NOT use live chat if you:

  • need to contact the NDIA
  • are in an emergency situation
  • are outside of Australia
  • want to have a general chat.

You can use the Video Chat or Text Chat button to start a session with one of our staff.
